For many years I have been doing VISA applications for Company staff conducting NOSA Health and Safety audits and training Internationally.
Since THE iNDIAN HIGH cOMMISSION appointed BLS as agents to process VISA applications it has become practically impossible to lodge a VISA application at Pretoria.
I arrived at their offices at 10:00 on Friday morning and took up my place in the queue. The people in the queue informed me that the wait is long. At 13:00 the offices closed for lunch and reopened at 14:00 They only assisted applications till 14:30, the rest would have to come back on Monday morning.

I arrived and took my place in the queue at 08:10. I was 7th in the queue and was assisted at 12:00 - 4 hours after arriving. The place was packed with hopefuls waiting to be assisted, who knows when they will ever get a chance!!!

The office of BLS is understaffed, inefficient, unfriendly, unhelpful, don't give a.

I would say the problem with the system and the staff is fust overworked.

This is an extremely bad reflection on the Indian High Commission who had a wonderful system in place processing applications from their offices in Johannesburg.
