I have been trying to get an Indian Visa. The BLS call centre is often busy. The call centre does not even have a queuing system. I went to the Bruma office on Thursday 21 November 2013 to submit my visa application. But they would not help me because of a power failure. I was advised to rather come to Hatfield as the "queues are shorter." The website says that I should be at the BLS office before 3pm. Here I am at Hatfield, but they want to chase me away. I am waiting in the queue in any case.
