Stuck in Nigeria due to Arik Ai

Good afternoon,

I am writing this mail to inform you of my experience with Arik.

I arrived at the Murtala Muhammed Airport at 4pm on the 24th November 2013, to check in for my flight to Johannesburg. When I arrived, I was told the flight was cancelled and I should return the next morning 25th November 2013 as your flight to Johannesburg South Africa was cancelled.
I am a foreigner in this Country and expected to go back to where as I had already checked out of my hotel.
I don't know anyone here in Nigeria at all.
I was told that there was nothing Arik could or would do, I needed to come back the next morning for a 12 noon flight.
I remained at the airport, as I did not know where to go from here. A group of passengers were now asking for a solution which we were told there is no solution as we had not checked in yet, so they could not accommodate us.
Eventually one of my members I. South Africa contact his Brother to pick me up and book me into a hotel.
My 7am this morning I was dropped off at the Airport
