Bad attitudes and service

BLS is the company that does the Indian visa applications. The people that work there are so unfriendly and unhelpful. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when you there to apply for an Indian visa. On Thursday 13 November I went there at about 12h00 midday. The line was out the door all the people that were there were saying that they had been waiting for hours. At 13h00 the line had not moved and the one lady that checks the applications came out and said that every has to go home because they will be closing now for lunch and after lunch they will only see to 5 people before they close again to do collections at 15h00. The office inside were full of people that had not been seen and some of those people were there from 08h00 in the morning. Is this the way to be treated. But the waiting was not a problem but the attitudes of the staff that works there. They really have no etiquette of working and talking to people. Its not my first time going there to do visas and the first time I went there I had to turn back 3 times before my applications were right every time I went back something else was wrong with the forms. The staff at BLS really needs to change their way
