Visiting the Bruma office of BLS International turned out to be a terrible experience. The queues snake outside in the heat, staff are not knowledgable & the service is deplorable. When you finally get to the first counter, you are given a number that gets called out periodically. So when it's finally your turn after waiting in a queue for almost 2 hours, you get told that your documents aren't in order & you have to go back to the queue! There was a very patient lady who completely lost it at this stage. This was definitely a mistake to outsource visa processing to BLS as they are in no position to give the professional service we used to get at the Indian Consulate.
