I am trying to register at UNISA and cannot as my name is already on the system. They do not reply to their emails or answer their phones and applications close tomorrow. I went to UNISA today and stand in a queue I am told to stand in. I then ask someone working there and get told to LEAVE this queue and go to the info desk. After standing there for an hour, info tells me to go to a third queue. Then the rudest person I have ever encountered comes and tells me I cannot stand in this queue and must go the original queue I was in. She then proceeds to tell everyone inside the building not to help me because I am now in the wrong queue which i was directed to by STAFF. No one has any idea what is happening at UNISA. After 3 hours there I am forced to leave due to their utter incompetence and lack of respect and organisation. This visit was enough to make me never study there. So thank you to their extremely rude staff, I will NOT be studying at your useless institution.
