We were very pleased to receive a phone call from Anry the very same day we lodged our complaint on HelloPeter. Anry assured me he would assist, and after consultation with the directors, would advise their decision. He was very positive about the outcome, and our hope was renewed! As yet there has been no contact, and once again our concerns are building... Anry please come through for us too!
