Cancellation of Contract

During 2007 a Flexi Club Agent came into our flat where we were on Holiday through another Holiday Club. He told us that Flexi club is much cheaper than what we are already paying and much better. He told us that he will help us to sell this other holiday package and then we will only pay Flexi Club. Guess what!! almost six years later and we are still paying for both and we don't get any service from Flexi club. The other holiday contract works much better than Flexi Club's. During 2008/9 we contacted Flexi club and asked them to cancel this contract, the agent who sold this to us was long gone, resigned from the Company, and they are not able to help us because we need to be members for 5yrs at least and our fees must be up to date. Well, we are now members for longer than 5yrs and for the last week I'm trying to contact them via their website and through sending e-mails to their acc dept but to no avail. NOBODY has even tried to come back to us. We need to cancell this contract ASAP. We are willing to loose the points and money, we've been losing money since the beginning of this contract and cannot any longer. CANCELL THIS CONTRACT
