As per Flexi Club instruction I posted a letter requesting cancellation earlier this year. Its been a few months and I still haven't had any feedback. I have paid my contract in full years ago. I was told that once I had posted the letter before Apr/May, I would not be liable for this years annual fees which are normally due in Sept & Oct. I am not able to call in the week as I do not have access to a phone and when I call on a Sat they tell me I must phone in the week.
I find it very frustrating that they cannot call and advise me on the status of my cancellation. I have spent enough time and money on them and I cannot afford to run after them.
