Parcel stuck at international hu

Hello Peter,

I am waiting for very important documents from Japan to apply for my visa in time. The organisers told me they sent it, and when I checked now, it landed at the International hub 9 days ago already. I do not understand why it take them so long to release the package, especially since there is nothing of monetary value in them.

Trying to phone them brings absolutely no results.

My parcel tracking number: EF678960735JP

This is the second time I had to phone around and beg people for my parcel. It is pathetic.
