BLS International is the Visa processing agent for the Indian Consulate in SA.
The call centre telephone number on their webiste is incorrect. When I pointed this out to the staff there, they did not seem to know or care. They do not answer their working telephone line and most days it's constantly off the hook. They give incorrect information on their website for the visa application requirements. The time period listed on their website is incorrect. It takes much longer.

In the days leading up to my departure day, they constantly avoided my calls and brushed me off saying it would be ready the next day. On the day before my departure, I went there only to be told it would not be ready.

BLS staff also proceeded to bad mouth the Indian Vice Consular General, stating how incompetent and unapproachable the consulate are. This is not behaviour one would expect of professionals, nonetheless I do believe them.

BLS International staff and the Indian Consulate really make travelling to India very difficult and paint a very bad picture for the entire Indian nation. I could complain on how much money I lost from tour bookings but limited to 1200 characters. Be very weary of them.
