I have always been happy with Toyota as a whole, but Tim definitely practised everything that Toyota boasts, professionalism and ability to go that extra mile, far exceeded my expectations.
He was able to find the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted and deliver the vehicle all within 4 Working days. Tim delivered on each and every promise he made and kept us informed with all the necessary progress reports. The only thing that I really had to do was sign the papers.
