This is the first time in the history of my frequent business travels I have ever heard of such a Rip Off! My colleague has a return flight booked with Kalula between JHB-CPT. He was 15 minutes late for the flight and as we all have been subjected to, missed his flight to CPT as a result and of course had to purchase a new ticket TO CPT. When he contacted Kalula to ensure that they had not cancelled his return flight from CPT-JHB [he had purchased a return ticket initially] - he was advised that it had been cancelled and he would fofeit the full fare for the return ticket as it states in the terms and conditions. Now read the terms and conditions... All it basically says is firstly you will forfeit the full fare, then it says but call... you may not... Nowhere does it state you will forfeit the FULL return ticket!!! This is a complete RIP OFF and i can assure you I will not be flying Kalula as a result!
