Flight MN114 Delay

Last week Saturday I had the displeasure of flying with Kulula for the first time.
We arrived at the Airport to complete chaos in the Kulula ques. We were sent from one check in counter to another and then to a 3rd counter that was unmanned! So there we stand with no one to help us.
Eventually our flight came up on the bored as Delayed.
Our flight was over booked and a smaller plane was sent.
Another agent told us that the flight had been completely cancelled.
The next two available flights were already fully booked. We were then given the option to take a BA flight the next day. We accepted this offer to get away from the growing queue of angry passengers and screaming children. We were transported to the fire and ice hotel in the city, where no one knew that we were coming, but the receptionist assured us that this was ok, because Kalula had booked 60 people into the hotel the night before and this had been the case all week!
We were two of 80 people that night.
I received no communication from Kalula prior to the flight but received around 15 Smses after the flight saying it was delayed.
What happened here?
I would like the truth and not 10 different stories.
