Efficient handling of query

On the 29/08/2013 @ 14:00 I called the Voyager Miles contact centre. Firstly, I was surprised by the quick response time in getting my call answered (unlike when trying to call SAA). Akhani assisted me and within a few minutes my query was resolved. Thank you Akhani, you restored my faith in call centres!!!
