Flew from JHB to Sydney through Qantas. Return trip from Perth to JHB was with SAA. Voyager reversed the mileage as they captured it as a Qantas trip instead of SAA. But they never gave me the miles in the first place! Call centre says their system shows they gave it to me but on the web site nothing shows. Is this how they the public? I scanned them the boarding pass to claim my miles. Now they want the original. What is wrong with the scan? They can see from their records I did fly! I do not trust them as far as I can see them...
