We first phoned the call center on Monday 14/10/2013 to try to change the ticket departure date as my brothers credit card had been clone during the course of that weekend. Unfortunately I can not recall the call centre agent that I had talked to first, but she was rude and had no Idea what I was talking about, when she finaly understood what I wanted she quoted me R 2000 rand to change the tickets, I then asked her why we have to pay extra just to change the date considering that I had taken the flexible ticket option she could not explain why.
I phoned them again later that day and still nobody could give me an answer I then proceeded to buy my brother plane tickets from Durban to OR Thambo so that he can make his flight.
I then E-mailed their customer service department And I am still waiting for an answer The booking refrence was: ZA00235061
