I booked tickets for my daughter and mother in law from DBN to JHB on the 17th July. When they got to the station they were told the tickets were not paid for by African Sun Travel and did not allow them on the train.
They had to book with a bus to get home that evening. When I took it up with African Sun Travel I was told they have paid Shosholoza Meyl. Its now been months and I havent been refunded. I have sent numerous emails to staff at African Sun Travel and have been promised that my money will be refunded but nothing happens.
