I booked airline tickets on the internet for SAA flights from JHB to CT.
They were code share flights, which I was not aware of.
I telephoned 3 days before the flight to request wheelchair assistance for the 2 passengers.
After ENDLESS telephoning around (this took 2 days) they then told me my particular tickets were cancelled.
The explanation for this was they can't provide wheelchairs!!!
Thank heavens E-bucks customer care came to the rescue re-instating the booking and trying to organise wheelchairs.
No thanks to SAA customer care.
