I requested the cost of upgrading on the 2nd of October - after being asked to my booking code for the flight on the 5th of October - I have received no feedback on the query- further more saa does not provide feedback to clients who purchase flights online - of their code share partners - so I had to search online to figure out which airline I would actually be flying and from which terminal. This is ridiculous levels of service - cause it means I would have to go from counter to counter to figure out which flight I'm taking. Further more my flight is on the fifth and I have not received feedback about purchasing an upgrade. service.
