I have booked 2 flights well in advance and have been informed that they have been cancelled and I have been moved to earlier flights.
When I phoned the call centre, they informed me that my only options are to move the flights to another time or I can request a refund. Neither of these options suit me as I have other flights that are dependent on my time of departure and arrival (which I have allowed for adequate time in between these flights) or I will have to find another, more expensive flight. In addition, I would have had to pay for another night's accommodation if I wanted to make both flights. They also did not want to transfer me to BA, which would have been easiest.
I don't mind a flight change, but should at least have more options than was presented (for example, an earlier or later flight than your original booking).
