Beware of SAA code share flights

I booked airline tickets on the internet for SAA.
I did not know it was a code share flight.
SAA cancelled my booking as both passengers needed wheelchair assistance.
SAA said this is not a service they provide on code share flights.
Thank heavens Dan came to the rescue re-instating our booking that SAA just cancelled.
Dan was extremely helpful on the phone and ensured that we were able to travel - he even tried to organise the wheelchairs which really was not his responsibility.
Thanks very much to Dan the flights were re-instated and the short vacation happened.
No thanks to SAA.
