Poor tracking on delayed flights

I booked flights from Durban to Johannesburg on 11 dec 2013 at 16h45 the flight was delayed by 15 minutes I waited in the business lounge for boarding notice which never showed so I missed the flight and was then charged in full for the 3 tickets. Had to pay for 3 extra tickets. This was not my error but that of the airline
