I just want to complement Janice on giving us the best service I have ever had. I work in the service industry and feel that people tend to only give bad comments but she was just wonderful. My husband is one of those customers that makes you want to run away when he walks into a shop (I don't blame them) he is a very difficult man and very practical (do love him though) She handled him without any problems and was able to fill all his request and booking out trip was not painful at all as I expected it would be. Thank you so much and I can't wait for my holiday and will only book my trips with her, I would hire her in my restaurant anytime she made us feel that our holiday is the most important thing on her list of thing to do.
