Hi
this is the worse service ive ever had with greyhound.i was robbed due to bus delays on the 30th of may in jhb.when the bus got there, it was leaking, broken door as well as lights not working. driver was rude when i wanted to speak to him. then going back to PTA from CPT, we had delayed busses again. but to top it all, we had to stand in the bus due to the driver wanting to give Roadlink users a lift from JHB to PTA.due to our moning they decided to tell them to get off the bus.really really bad service.
