Appauled by late bus and bad drivers attitude

It is with great sadness and disgust that I am writing this. I booked bus tickets for myself and my son to travel from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on the 7th April 2013.

My bus was scheduled to leave Pietermaritzburg at 21:45pm, after standing in the cold with my little 2 year old outside MacDonald's centre and having 3 City liner busses come and go - I eventually queried with the greyhound PMB office receptionist as to what is going on. I was told that she would find out and come back to me, on returning I was told that my bus was delayed and would be arriving in the next 10 minutes. After 10 minutes and still no bus - I received and sms saying that the bus is delayed for an hour and that instead of being collected by a city liner bus I was now going to be collected by a Mega coach bus.

When the bus arrived I was absolutely disgusted not only by the filthy stench of the bus but also by the way I was spoken to by the bus drivers. The bus driver refused to assist me by placing me and my son in seats next to each other and told me that if I had a problem I must stop wasting their time and go and complain in the office.
