I used SA Roadlink to Durban most horrified trip ever taken. Firstly the bus broke down at the station upon arrival of a new bus people was jumping into the new bus as if it was a taxi. There was no order nothing. During the trip we listened to the Driver telling the crew that the bus needs to go for balancing and alignment and the bus needs new shocks and service. We listened to how just the other day there was a accident with a SA Roadlink bus. The seats in the bus don't cater for a adult they cater for kids as the guy sitting next to me was on top of me and he was not fat. Sorry thought by now the service would be top notch. Roaches in the bus for heavens sake REALLY like REALLY SERIOUSLY... I don't take the bus to hear what the managers are earning and their personal problems and all this your staff is talking about on the way to Durban. There should be staff there to assist the last bus leaving to provide order. I can give you a list of things wrong however it seem like you don't care, nothing has taughht you a lesson not even the lives you have taken. SA ROADLINK is now known as SA ROADKILL... please address your problems as word of mouth travels Change company name
