Very very very bery bad service

I am appaled by the greyhound bus service. We boarded the bus on Monday the 16th from Greenacres PE to Midrand JHB, because we missed the citiliner on The 15thDec. Citiliner was full on the 16th and I was forced to fork out R970 above the R2070 already paid to Citiliner (Airfare). Then the road to started with that driver and the child got burned severely with boiling hot coffee. GREYHOUND had NO first aid kit and the child had to travel in agony after midnight for 9 hours to JHB! I am so disgusted at the irresponsibility. If that was not enough, all three my bags that I purchased the day prior to the trip was completely broken, I can't understand that because the bus was not full. Greyhound cost me R3000 plus my bags R4500 plus my burnt childR2000 in negligence as well as R5000 in suffering with a driver who thought he is driving in Monacos Formula 1 and I intend taking the matter further. I have taken pictures and will use them as my proof!
