Firstly, thank you for your outstanding bus service of international quality. You make me proudly South African.
However, I use your myciti bus daily from Milnerton into town. Although I am able to top up at my kiosk, it is a lengthy procedure (which one rarely has time for in the morning) and my specific kiosk (Racecourse) does not accept card payments. This is hugely inconvenient.
Please could you look into adopting an online top-up service for myconnect cards as they do in London?
