Compassionate to our Plight

We rushed of to the airport to drop our 16 yr old son off, off to boarding school, we book so many tickets in a ayear sometimes we forget whether we booked via credit card, eft or paid cash at shoprite, this ticket was bought 2 months ago and we forgot to take the credit card along and Ms Pume could not assist anymore and directed us to Ms Asande (20min before flight takes off), ms Asande was proffesional, kind, courteous but most of all she was compassionate to our plight. With her experience and proffesionalism she came up with a workable solution that suited us all - just want to say THANK YOU Ms Asande and to Mango for selecting good supervisors. my son boarded the flight on time and we were happy, So well done MANGO AIRLINES -
