We were 3 persons traveling in Tourist CLass. Before we had to depart, how carrige numbers was changes and we were struggeling to get a place and this was not only us. This specific carrige was so disgusting dirty that I had to use my dettol wipes just to wipe the seats to sit on. The toilet was also stinking and leaking water, we had to use a differant toilet close by. Then we were told that there was no bedding! Apparently all passengers was contacted to be informed and told to bring own bedding. Which none of the passengers in my carrige knew about including myself. There were people with small children, with no bedding, this is really shocking! Then I noted that only the Premier Class got bedding after we were told there was none on the train. I travelled from PE to JHB just the week earlier and then they were also short of bedding and me and my daughter had to share one set. Now a week later they have no bedding on the train. This has made my experience not a good one and I can not recoment anyone to use Shozalosa Meyrl train services.
