I recommended this establishment to my wife and her colleagues to stay for the 3 days. They are attending a workshop in Mafeking. The bedding is dirty and the room and the service is not what a 4 star establishment should be. My wife complained about the dirty bedding and room. The staffs attitude was very bad and basically unhelpful. Last nights bedding was still not changed and the room is still in an unsatisfactory condition.
