No clean bedding and towels

Good day, I recently booked a midweek at Mount Amanzi: hubby and kids. I booked a 5 sleeper from 25 Nov to 29 Nov 2013.When we arrived I enquired on when do they change the bedding and towels and I was informed that they change it on Tuesdays. Monday evening my daughter informed me that the bedding on her bed was not clean, you could smell body odour. I told her not to worry as it will be changed on Tuesday, but Tuesday came and nothing was changed. I thought it will be changed on Wednesday, but nothing on Wednesday either. On Thursday I waited for the cleaning lady to enquire why the bedding and towels has not been changed yet. She informed me that they don't change bedding or towels for people who booked in on Monday. I called her supervisor, she told the same thing and that was the rules of the resort and that I should take it up with reception. The same information was given to me by (Solly) at reception and he told me to put it in writing, but that was the rules. I insisted that the bedding was changed. The towels were not changed, only 1 bed got clean bedding..I WILL NEVER GO TO MOUNT AMANZI AGAIN. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! THEY DON'T HAVE HYGIENE STANDARDS.The charlet did not smell clean!
