Paid Full for Bedding June & NO Delivery Octobe

I ordered the Eva Bedding Set from Home Choice on the 14 June 2013 a paid in full once off payment of over a R1 000.00 21 June 2013.

I called them on the 09 July 2013 and they informed me that my bedding was delivered on the 29 June 2013, a Mr Moluli signed for this, needless to say I don't know such a person, the call center person informed me to go to the police station for a declaration of oath affidavit that I don't know this person. I email them the affidavit.

After many calls and the use of hundreds of rand's airtime they said they will resend the bedding to me. I phoned again wanting to know where my bedding is and the said it was delivered on the 02 September 2013 and Mr Mashanga sign for it, another person I don't know???

I phoned again and again as they said they are sorting this out with the warehouse.

I spoke to Levinia one of the senior Supervisor today, she said she will get back to me today.

My patience is really running out, I have just been patient because I really want the bedding.

But this is ridiculous don't they care if someone is from their company of are they just making to much money to care about "small" things like this???
