On 11 July 2013 i bought a ticket at 10h06 for a 11h30 flight to Livingstone. The ground staff that assisted me, got me to check in and we rushed to the terminal &just before the flight closed there was an issue with my son's yellow fever certificate. We were offloaded from the flight just before getting on the bus & went back to terminal. Was assisted by a guy called John who explained that our ticket will be voided & the money refunded. He tried to refund it by swiping my card thru the speedpoint.but then said he cant as the money for the morning shift had already been banked & there wasnt enough money in the machine. He called his supervisor Juanita who also assured me that the money will be deposited back into my account.in 2 -3 days. She took down my contactand banking details. I gave the matter a week before i called again & every time I called after that i have been referred from one person to the next. The Necia Oosthuizen who was noted on the paper i was given by supervisor on duty, whom i was told will deal with this refused to assist me. I then got hold of John, who onfirmed again that it will be paid. from there its been back & forth between call centre and airport.
