I bought a ticket for our house guest that had to leave on a bus from Cape town to Bloemfontein on Friday 16 August 2013 at 16:00.She waited until 18:00 to be informed that Translux bus drivers are on strike. She had to come back to our house in Strand and could not fulfill her commitments. We were sent around with no information of value and spent money on phone calls and petrol driving to the Cape town Translux office, just to find the office closed. Since then we have made numerous phone calls trying to find out how we can get our money back. This is to say the least appalling and disgusting. The inconvenience is one thing, but getting your money back???...I AM LIVID!!!
