There is never a day when I do not have an issue with British Airways Customer Service. I was put on hold for about 20min this morning trying to get an invoice for a flight. Neresh first tells me i dont have authorisation to request it, but I am the booker. He then verifies it, and puts me on hold again. He said they were going to send me an email on how to request an invoice for international flights, and guess what... im still waiting! For the past 2years iv only had disappointing service from British Airways. It is ridiculous, call centre agents have no clue on solving issues... if it was my choice, and yes its not, I wouldnt use BA for our company travel. Just ridiculous service over and over again!
