Firstly how are the emergency seats almost always booked out when im unable to book that row 14 or 15 online? At checkin they have various nonsense reasons and always a story.
Secondly the reason im there 3 hours before a flight is too get an emergency exit seat be first to check in and have my cabin above my head. I fly each week and only sometimes, empty or full do they split the rows and allow 1 to 14 first by the time im on someone has taken my overhead space and i have to go furher up. This just me off completely snd when complaining your staff just say tough. And this process doesnr make it quicker.
