Poor booking experience with RCI

Hi,
We have time share and space banked our points. We have tried on at least 3 different occasions to redeem those points.

1. The website is very unfriendly
2. We have not once been able to find suitable accommodation at dates selected by us (even trying for December 2014.)
3. We have considered locations across the country and still no units were available.
4. Main search says resorts are available, but resort selected say no units available on the website
5, Their call number is only available during the week (011 258 1610). not the weekend when I have time to consider my holiday plans.

As a result of all the above issues, we are unable to redeem points that are expiring.

I found the RCI experience one of the worst ever. RCI you!
