Can't book 9 months in Advance

I am so frustrated, I need accommodation for September 2013. Tried making a booking since December with no luck because there is no stock or the stock is not yet released. How on earth do I need to use there points. I have points banked for 3 years now because of tis problem. The funny thing is not long ago a sales consultant called me and tried to offer me more points, apparently if I get upgraded I I'll never have a problem to get a booking. How can holiday club change the perception of the unsatisfied customers out there. I need help and this time it s make or break for me as its my mothers 60 th birthday and if I can't get a booking 9 months in advance I will have to go and see legal advice. I'm not sue all these complaints on hello Peter is good for the company.

On the other hand if you get a booking the units are nice and on great locations. I pray for a unit in Septembe
