ALLOCATED BOOKING DATES FOR DECEMBER 2013

On 11 February 2013 was the open day for bookings during December 2013. I thought it would be best to do a on-line booking then I don't have to struggle to get through the following morning. The Sunday night I logged on to my profile at 11h45 and sat there for 3 hours waiting for this specific unit to become available. Nothing was displayed as available for me to book, when I got a message on the screen that all units have been fully booked.
I tried to find out how this could be possible, and I was told they only get one or two units from the specific place. Is there too many members and not enough vacation sites?
Now I am trying to sell my points which I bought for appr R11-00 per share. I now get offered a merely R1-00 for my points as they are second hand. I still can not figure out what second hand means. I surely didn't't use it as toilet paper.
Another question, where is the golden goose that lays all these NEW points that is sold to as many as possible people?
Is there anybody that agrees with me? If so I would like to ask everybody that has a problem with Flexiclub to send their letters to Carte Blanche - if they get enough letters they will surely investigate.
