RCI sends out messages to its members advising of exchange points expiring by a certain date and stating that to be used a booking of a time share week must be made by the specified points expiry date.
On making the booking the expiring points are not used and RCI now state that not only the booking must be made by the points expiry date but the booked week itself must be taken by the points expiry date.
Messages to the customer service desk are just ignored.
