I am very sad and shocked that SAA have decided that parents travelling with infants are now only allowed to travel with EITHER a pram OR a car seat?? This means that for me a pregnant mother with a heavy 14 month old toddler travelling from CT to Harare, if i take the pram (I am not able to carry him for long periods) I am compromising his safety once I reach my destination as I will not have a car seat?? Also we travel with a camp cot and I cant take that either??? I am very disappointed with these new restrictions and will seriously consider flying other airlines from now on.
