I booked a return flight to travel to the Eastern Cape (booking code NJJDEX) and due to circumstances beyond my control i am unable to go anymore.
I called the call center requesting for a voucher for a future period, as I am uncertain of the actual dates of my next trip to the Eastern Cape. I was told that I will have to forfeit my money as there are no other options available to me.
I explained that I travel to the Eastern cape regularly as my family is there and will definately be going there for Christmas, I am just not certain of the actual dates right now hence I need a voucher.
This is unacceptable treatment considering that I have paid for this and cannot just forfeit my money.
