Checked off my flight when i was on time

Friday 30 Aug i had an early flight with the company from Lanseria. I booked the ticket online which meant i needed to be at the airport at 5.55am to hand in my bag. i checked in online &didn't check the pass, because i know what time i booked the flight for. i reached the airport at 5.50am&was told the gates closed at 5.45am&im too late. i told the lady that can't be because i checked in online so i just need to hand my bags in. she turned me away rudely &said "i must be on time next time" she sent me to the service desk. At the service desk I asked them: had I not checked in online &was still following the online time of 5.55, how could they turn me away??? Not every1 checks in on line. They said had I not had my bag with me "they could have let me on right then". So I told them I'll leav my bag &have it couriered to me, but 2please just let me on. While having this discussion the lady next to the supervisor UN-CHECKS ME FROM MY FLIGHT SO I HAD NO WAY OF GETTING ON!! what is this ridiculous nonsense??? I had to pay R363.00 to change my flight because the people there can't get there facts straight &give me better service for something I WAS ON TIME FOR!!!
