I booked and paid for a spa voucher on Groupon. When I phoned the spa to make a booking for the treatments the following weekend I was asked for which treatment. I then clarified it was a groupon voucher and they were then suddenly booked on all weekends until the voucher expires. If the voucher can only be used during week days then it should state that on the website at the time of booking. I work during the week and would never have bought the voucher if there was a restriction. Waste of time and money! Happy to take your money and cant deliver the goods. Disgusting!!!
