I have phoned holiday club call centre several times to cancel my contract of so many years. I told them that I cannot afford the monthly payment of R3000.00 every month and an annual fee of R6000.00. I told them that I am currently paying for my kids who are at tertial and I now have more expenses that makes me to be unable to pay my debts.
I am now struggling to make ends meet as I do not have a bursary for my kids and I am also trying to cut down on my expenses.
When I call the Call Centre I am always told that someone will call me but no one has ever called me.
Please help to cancel this contract I do not have money to pay for it anymore. I do not want to go to the bank to make a stop payment and I want the holiday club to cancel this contract with immedaite effect.
