I joined The Holiday club early this year. My son was hospitalised and I was facing some serious financial difficulties. I then called the Holiday Club requesting them to cancel my contract as I was unable to afford the monthly premium since I needed money to cover the hospital bills. I have never used any benefits ever since I joined. I was told that my cancellation has been declined and the reasons are not making any sense.
I don't want to continue with this contract again. This is a business. I have been trying to cancel with no luck, each time I have to call the agent and she would tell me that somebody will call me. I am not asking for my refund, all i want is for this contract to be cancelled.
Where I am now I just want this cancelled asap.
