I booked a ticket online and ended up booking a ticket on the wrong day incorrectly. 1 minute later I call the call centre to rectify it. And have to cough up R250 before they can help me. 1 friggin minute. This is an incredibly unfair policy. Surely the CPA privides us some sort of grace period of a transaction. If the government plan on bailing this company out again I will toi-toi naked at my local sars office..
