I have booked a ticket to Durban from Johannesburg. In then realised I have to stay longer in Durban so had to change my booking, I knew I was going to pay to change the ticket because I read all the reports on hellopeter (on how costumers were unhappy about mango's changing policy)

After changing the booking the first time I realised I had to stay a few days longer so now want to change it to a cheaper ticket hoping that I won't be charged for the second time. Because my 3rd ticket is cheaper than the second one... oh no... they still want to charge me R 277.
When I do the booking on the internet myself... why would they possibly charge me for admin?
Why do I need to pay R200 for admin when I do all the admin on the internet.
Original ticket was R 778
Second ticket had to pay in 255 now I'm paying 1031 to go to jhb. Why are you charging me another 255 to go another date?
I am extremely dissapointed on how we get charged to change a ticket when I do all the admin.
